Junior Achievement Summer Camp for Young Entrepreneurs, Makers and Tech Savy Kids!

JA of Waterloo Region is offering 4 weeks of summer camp to youth in K-W, summer 2017:

CAMP BUSINESS BASICS, July 10-14: Campers will engage in creative, hands-on activities; learning about basic business skills from local entrepreneurs in downtown Kitchener.

STARTUP TECH CAMP, July 24-28 & July 31-Aug 4: Campers will create a website, commercial video and an app about a downtown Kitchener business.
ADVANCED CAMP, August 21-25: Campers will learn business skills and build a small drone as their "product".

Are you looking to get involved in your community and educate young creative minds? We would love for local entrepreneurs and makers to be part of our weekly camp schedules; as guest speakers, demonstrators, and topic facilitators. Our youth can learn from those who know best!
To register as a camper, go to: jacanada.org/JAWRcamp

To get involved in the camps as a guest speaker/facilitator, please contact Holly Wiseman, at hwiseman@jawaterlooregion.org or 519-576-6610 x3. She would love to talk about some of the cool topics we can teach the campers to give them a very educational, fun and memorable experience.
