The City of Kitchener Economic Development Department in partnership with the Downtown Kitchener BIA would like to inform you about some of the exciting events that are planned for this year! Each year these events attract thousands of people to our community and contribute to the livelihood and business in the Downtown core. IMPACT (International Multicultural Platform for Alternative Contemporary Theatre), is a biennial celebration organized by MT Space in Ontario‚Äôs Waterloo Region. IMPACT is focused on Indigenous and culturally diverse work from Canada and around the world, with special emphasis on interdisciplinary, intercultural, and physical productions.


The Downtown Kitchener BIA exists to be a collective voice that fosters collaboration within our business area and acts as a catalyst for prosperous growth in our community.
